Smooth golden yellow color which betrays its successful light fermentation.

An idyllic merging of Roditis with Savatiano which offers an aromatic result of the characteristic varieties with hints of fresh fruit and flowers.

The fresh and cool flavour makes it ideal to accompany salads , white sauces and seafood. Best served at 8° – 10° C.
